Step #2 – Pack Your Watch

Please enclose the Repair Form with your watch in a proper shipping container. Please DO NOT send your timepiece to us in its original box, as our shop may not return the box to you.

Please make sure to pack your watch properly in a sturdy box with sufficient padding.

Step #3 – Ship Your Watch

Using the carrier of your choice, please INSURE your watch for its proper value.

We recommend either UPS (as we receive daily shipments) or the US Postal Service.
